Although the company is incorporated in the United States, we offer our services to people and companies in the European Union, so the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to us all the same, under its article 3.2. We handle any question about your data by email.

The fields marked as required in the form are needed to book the meeting. If you don't fill them in, we can't book the time for you.
This website does not use analytics or advertising tools. To see what it stores in your browser, read the cookie policy.
Messages we send you
When you book, we send you a confirmation email and, before the meeting, an email reminder 24 hours before and a WhatsApp reminder 1 hour before. They are part of managing the meeting you asked for; we don't send you advertising.
The diagnostic test
With your answers we calculate an indicative score of how organised your business is and, internally, which product or service might suit you. It is not a decision with legal effects on you: it only helps us prepare the meeting, and a person always reviews it.
If you answer by speaking
In the test's open questions you can speak instead of typing. Your browser turns your voice into text and, to do so, may send the audio to its provider's servers: Google (for example, in Chrome and Android) or Apple (in Safari), which process it under their own terms. In that case we only receive the text, which you can see and correct before sending it.
If your browser can't turn your voice into text, we record the audio (2 minutes at most) and store it in Google Drive, in SimbiosysAPP's account, together with the rest of your answers and for the same period. You can always type instead of speaking.
Who else sees your data
We only work with the providers we need to deliver the service:

Apart from this, we don't share your data with anyone unless required by law; for example, at the request of a court or the Spanish Tax Agency. We never sell it.
Transfers outside Europe
We are in the United States, and so are some of our providers, so your data leaves the European Economic Area. These transfers are covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. We apply the security safeguards and recognise the rights required by the European regulation.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for:
- Access: to know what data of yours we hold.
- Rectification: to correct any that is wrong.
- Erasure: to delete it when it is no longer needed.
- Restriction: to keep it but stop using it while a complaint is resolved.
- Objection: to stop processing it when the basis is our legitimate interest.
- Portability: to receive it in a file so you can take it elsewhere.
Write to agencia@simbiosysapp.com saying which right you want to exercise. We may ask you to prove your identity. We reply within one month, extendable to two if the request is complex; in that case we would let you know.
If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es).
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encrypted web traffic, individual password access to the tools where the data is kept, and regular reviews of who has access. No system is infallible; if a breach affecting your rights occurred, we would tell you and notify the Agency within the following 72 hours.
Minors
This website is aimed at companies and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes to this policy
If it changes, we will publish the new version here with its date. If the change is significant and affects you, we will let you know by email.
