The form and third-party services
The booking form and the diagnostic test are on this same website: they do not take you anywhere else. What you type is sent in the background to Google Apps Script, where the booking or the test is recorded. Google acts there as our provider, not as a site we send you to.
The ClinicOS and Construction OS buttons take you to those products' websites, which have their own legal texts. If this website links to a third-party site, that third party's own terms and privacy policy apply from that link onwards.

We take care to keep the information up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or that the site will work without interruption. Information about products and services is for guidance only and is not a contractual offer: scope, timeline and price are agreed in writing with each client.
